Probably the best would be the state run service, the STC, - State Transport Company unfortunately their website is no longer active. easytrackghana.com/Travel_In... You can also check the Metro Mass Transit and the ABC Transport abctransport.com/bus%20termi... http://metromass.com/ It has been a while since I used the local busses, - I ususally just hired a a Hurry car or a Tro Tro.....good luck.
