Visit visa for Aunt-Help

Hi I am working in a government financial instituion and my salary is 13600 dirhams. I want to bring my aunt (my mother's sister) to Abu Dhabi on visit visa for 1 month. Can somebody explain me the procedure for the same and where in Abu Dhabi are visa granted? How much time does it take to get a visit visa. Somebody told me that only direct relatives like wife, sister, brother and parenst are granted visas and my aunt is not likely to get a visa. Please help me. Regards Sanjay Shenai
