I am planning to travel Abidjan on a Visit. I heard it is a dangerous city. I wanted to know what type of precautions will help me in spending my good time in Abidjan. How are the people there Please let me know ur precious advise and tips Thanking you
Don't go here. Not worth the money eventhough in your case, you might be safe because alot of indians live in Abidjan. ndian embassy are amongst the active ones here. For west african countries, I would recommend you to go to Senegal instead.

Yes it is a dangerous city, dont go walking at night, especaily around the bridges, if driving keep car locked when inside, there has been a number of car jackings at gunpoint over the lastr few years ,mostly 4 wheel drive vechicles, there is also quite a large Indian Communitity is Abidjan, so it might be worth talking to the consulate there
