Myself and a couple of friends are thinking of working for the summer in Britain. There're a few cities we are considering going to and to help us narrow our (very long) list I was just wondering if anyone would like to offer some input as to whether or not Liverpool would be a good choice for the summer. We'd be looking for somewhere where - Job availibility won't be a problem - A decent nightlife for 20 year olds - Cheap cost of living, or at least, not expensive - There's a nice amount of touristy things to do. Really, REALLY appreciate feedback!
I see you have asked the same question in a few cities. Cheap? You know the answer already. Aberdeen is nice, but will not match your expectations unless you like a town you can master in 1 day. Liverpool or Manchester will do it for you. They almost overlap each other. Lots of student accomodation. All the best, DAO

Cheers for that, yeah aberdeen does seem too small really, about the same size as the city I live in at home, think I probably want more of a challenge. Thanks!
